Catering
Changing venues and temporary cooling, Coolwatcher travels along and watches your stock wherever you are.

Why Coolwatcher
In catering your cooling travels with you, and there is rarely WiFi waiting on site. Temperature monitoring for catering measures everywhere, from your central kitchen to a marquee at an event, all in one overview.
Why temperature monitoring in catering?
Catering means a cold chain that is constantly on the move. Product goes from the central fridge to transport, to a buffet on location, and sometimes back again. Every handover risks losing temperature, and it is exactly during transport and mobile cooling that you lose sight of things. The rules still apply: fridges below 7 degrees, freezers below minus 18, wherever you are.
Coolwatcher runs on NB IoT, so it measures without WiFi, even in a delivery van, a cellar or a party tent. You follow several locations at once and keep the same grip on your cooling everywhere.
Whether you are running a wedding, a reception or a large corporate event, your cold chain has to hold up everywhere. Coolwatcher simply travels in the van and keeps measuring on site, so you never have to rely on a quick glance or a manual spot check.
HACCP compliance across multiple locations
Working from changing venues makes manual temperature logging almost impossible. Yet HACCP still requires you to measure and keep the data for 2 years, and food safety inspectors check for it. Coolwatcher records automatically on every measuring point and gathers everything into one inspection-ready HACCP report, however many locations you run. That closes the gaps in your logbook and the fine, from 525 euro, that comes with them.
A breakdown during an event, how do you stay informed?
On a hectic day you have no time to check fridges. If a unit fails in transit or during an event, a load of stock worth 2,000 to 8,000 euro can be lost. Coolwatcher sends a fridge and freezer alert straight to WhatsApp the moment a point goes out of range, wherever you happen to be. The NB IoT sensor's battery lasts for years, so there is nothing to watch while you are on the road.
Coolwatcher gives caterers a clear view of a cold chain that never stands still. You deliver safely at every location, with the records taking care of themselves.
